Dr. Michael Frisch

Dr. Michael Frisch, AM, PhD, CEO

Professional Education:

Michael attended Harvard University and holds a Masters Degree (AM) in Medical Information Systems and has earned a Doctorate (PhD) in Business. His undergraduate degree is from Marist College in which he has earned a Bachelors of Arts (BA).

As the CEO of Palm Beach Thyroid and Endocrinology Wellness, Dr. Frisch is responsible for all the day-to-day operational leadership, financial management and leads planning, and implementation of strategic development.
He is also responsible for all physician activities including practice operations, physician billing/collections, financial performance/practice metrics, personnel management, compliance, preparation of operating and capital budgets, development and monitoring of information systems for patient registration, maintenance of medical records, practice information technology/electronic medical records, development of policies and procedures, and strategic oversight of new practice development.
Dr. Frisch ensures that the operations are efficient, integrated and highly oriented to providing a positive patient experience.



Staci Manning

Staci is responsible for all day to day billing functions including medical billing and coding, claim submissions, payment posting, claims follow-up, patient statements and managing account payments. Her expertise allows her to identify and resolve patient billing questions, evaluate patient’s financial status, and establish budget payment plans.
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer Dr. Michael Frisch, Staci’s typical duties include managing a complex schedule for the CEO. Staci also has the responsibility to provide logistical support and office coordination to the organization, providing general office management, and meeting and event coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive support services to ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole.
  • Provides sophisticated calendar management. Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • Administers correspondence, manages incoming calls, and prioritizes phone messages, emails and mail. Handles all calls and visitors with grace, sophistication and professionalism.
