SMS / Text Messaging Terms (TCPA)

Program description. Palm Beach Thyroid & Endocrinology Wellness and Palm Beach Cosmetic Medicine offer an optional SMS program for appointment reminders, scheduling, follow-up, and informational and promotional messages related to our services.

Opt-in. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed text messages from us at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment.

Message frequency. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Opt-out (STOP). You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, text START or sign up again on our website.

Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No PHI by SMS. SMS is not a secure channel. We will not send protected health information (PHI), test results, or clinical details by text. Do not send PHI or medical questions to us by text. For clinical matters, call (561) 303-2800 or use our patient portal.
